Each farmhouse is fitted with modern kitchens with washing machine, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, hob-cooker, crockery and utensils.
Luxurious bathrooms contain shower, bath, faucet units, toilet and bidet and fresh towels are provided.
Bedrooms have either queen size double or two large single beds which are made up prior to arrival with fresh linen appropriate to the season.

This old "masters house" or as we would now say "colonial farmhouse" is reached by a private driveway that takes one out onto the estate, surrounded by gentle farming activities and wildlife.
The house is divided into four apartments, two on each floor, all of which have two double bedrooms and two bathrooms. The apartments on the upper level are reached by a majestic double stairway and afford the inhabitants panoramic views.
The ground floor apartments with separate entranceways have their own private gardens. Set in the middle of an extensive communal garden is the swimming pool and stone barbecue with, near the entrance to the property, ample garage space and wood store.

LA CAPANNA

La Capanna before restoration was exactly as its name depicts a barn, now however, you would be hard pushed to find anyone not willing to sleep there!

This special little jewel of a house situated in the vicinity of Poggio Piano sleeps 5 people, the master bedroom with double bed and an en suite holding a special intimacy of its own. Adjacent is the nautical bedroom with 2 singles and downstairs a studio-come-bedroom with another large bathroom.
Three sets of arched French windows open out onto the garden and pool.

CASA  AL PIANO

Just off the lane which cuts through the estate is this grand colonial farmhouse, as with Poggio Piano it is split into four apartments, two on each level with two bathrooms, accommodating four people with ease.

A luxurious private pool  and barbecue where families can while away the days swimming and enjoying their meals al fresco complement the private walled in pool area.

Situated on the Southern side of the Estate these restored farmhouses offer not only the usual level of amenities but also a relaxing view of the Borro valley and the Chianina Cattle in the distance.
These apartments are designed in a "town house" style on two levels with the kitchen, living room and a toilet downstairs, 2 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms upstairs.

The main farmhouse is divided into 3 houses, two of which can be integrated through an adjoining door into one large apartment, the fourth being a free standing house (the only apartment without a fire place). In the grounds is a private walled swimming pool, outdoor eating Capanna with barbecue and pizza oven and extensive parking area adjoining the English lawn.

MULINO I-II
In a quiet corner of the estate, overlooking the river, in the most relaxed atmosphere imaginable are the Mulino country houses. Centuries ago the water wheel stood here, now the old mill and millers house have been resurrected.

The smaller of the two – Mulino I has been restored to a level of luxury the millers family would not have known – on the ground floor there are a spacious, fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable living- room with fire place and exit onto the terrace; on the first floor you can find two spacious bedrooms with a private terrace and two bathrooms.

Mulino II is a two storey stone house perfect for large families or small groups, with a big kitchen and a living room with fire place on the ground floor and three double bedrooms and two bathrooms on the first floor.

Both houses look out over the river and beyond to the estate and are surrounded by a stunning natural environment. A unique touch is the fresh-water pool, which has been created by use of a dam as in the olden days when the water mill was working
