San Miniato is a town in the lovely Tuscan countryside the origin of which goes back to the VIII century, when 17 Longobards built a church dedicated to martyr Miniato. Right in san Miniato Frederick II of Swabia erected a fortress.
This German origin made it famous as “San Miniato al Tedesco”

The “Casale di San Miniato” rises in the green of a hilly region in the heart of Tuscany. The farm-house is surrounded by a 2 hectares park where a small Italian-style garden and a 300 square metres courtyard are situated.
The property includes some apartments of various sizes, all of which restored and decorated in the respect of the old Tuscan style.
The guests are also provided with a swimming pool plunged into the green, the ideal place to regenerate on the hot summer days.
Walking among olive trees and vineyards is another relaxing activity the guests can practise during their stay here.
The small San Lorenzo a Casale oratory located underneath the estate is undoubtedly the oldest of the 4 oratories existing in the Parish of Cusignano, dating back to 1590.

Apartment for 4 people on the ground floor with independent entrance and small Italian garden in the front, about 50 square metres. It is composed of a large living room with sofa bed, bathroom with shower and big bedroom with Double bed + single bed.

"La Bella Lavanderina"
Apartment for 4 people on the first floor with private entrance and small Italian garden in the front, about 75 square metres. It consists of a living room, 2 bathrooms with shower, 2 bedrooms with double beds.

"Tre Civette"
Two-floor apartment for 3+2 people with private entrance in front of large brickwork square, about 60 square metres, consisting of: on the ground floor large living room with double sofa bed, big bathroom with shower; on the first floor: night area formed by bedroom with single bed, bedroom with double bed and bathroom with shower.
