The Spyros villa has two floors and   can accommodate up to 6 people. Beside,  there is its private swimming pool, 35 sqmts, equipped with sun-beds, sunshades, shower and a huge hammock.Into the ground floor there is the living room with modern furniture -decoration and fire place . The Dinning area is between Kitchen and living room. A fully equipped kitchen is next the dinning area. On the ground level there is also a bedroom with  an iron-bed, a bathroom and a small store room with washing   machine, ironing board. A big patio is  at   disposal of the   clients. An Internal staircase leads to the upper floor where are two more bedrooms, modern decorated  sharing a bathroom  with a whirlpool bathtub. Individually controlled A/C units, heating and cooling (living room –bedrooms) Satellite receiver and TV at living room and all bedrooms music -surround system/Radio , DVD player ,Safe box , First aid box, Parking, entrance’s remote control , Washing machine , Welcome package. Bath toiletries, Hair dryers, Hammock. There is a chambermaid cleaning service every second day towels and linen change. Cleaning of the pools and technical support every three days. Of course the owner is always available to cater to your wishes for on request facilities, like rent a car, or organized excursions and sports.

The   fabulous beach of Karakas is about 5 minutes drive.  A variety of Tavernas and some cafes are there.  The distance from Rethymnon town ( 35.000 inhabitants-the most delightfull town of Crete) is 39 kms. Plakias -tourist village is 15 kms .  Heraklion airport 120 kms, and  Chania airport is 100 kms. Lot of interesting  places are in the area, like the  Frangokastello castle, the  Preveli monastery,  the Preveli palm-beach, Kotsifou and Kourtalioti gorges, Chora Sfakion village  Aradena gorge , the mountain of Krioneritis  etc.
