Liostasi eco house consist of three independent buildings for a total area of 180 m2.  It follows the formation of soil  and the local architecture.The semi outdoor area  of 35 m2 "embraces" the three buildings , creating an internal courtyard. A pool of 27 m2 is next to the buildings . An underground parking area is under the semi-outdoor area.

The main buliding consists of a two-storey villa with wooden roof. It  includes public areas ( kitchen, dinning room,living room and wc) on the ground floor and two bedrooms with a bathroom.Opposite the main building there is a ground floor building that houses two bedrooms, each having a bath. One of the bathrooms has facilities for people with special needs.(SEN).

Among the central and above the building there is an almost outdoor area that brings them together, including the entry into the villa, a barbeque, a stone oven, great for dinning. Beneath this area there is the storage space of the villa and the parking place for two cars.

The "guesthouse" of the Liostasi , is another ground floor independent building , comprising of a bedroom and a bath.  Among the guest house and the main building there is the pool.In the penthouse there is a plot-roofed veranda with pergola, offering unrestricted view in all directions.
