 Villa Il Noceto is on San Giusto mountain, it is a well known old medieval town, in addition to the palace fortress, in the Church of Santa Maria della Pietà it holds a famous art piece of the painter Lorenzo Lotto. Today the town is known for its footwear, also known as the City of smile as it hosts the great festival Clown & Clown: Project the Doctors with a red nose, therapy designed by US doctor Patch Adams (guest on 03/10/08 in the City square will be delivered the “Honorary Citizenship”).
The structure is situated on a farm of about 8 hectares, surrounded by green and by a park with walnut trees , hazel trees, ash trees, limes trees, bushes of blackberry and hawthorn and surrounded by a small stream. For those who stay is a pleasant interlude of wellness and tranquillity that regenerate the Spirit. The scents of nature, together with the deep silence, make the place, exclusive. The farmhouse, recently renovated, has maintained the typical characteristics of the house in the country in Marche “Il Noceto” offers the service of bed and breakfast; offers spacious and comfortable bedrooms with ensuite, typical furniture, linen from grandma’s time and TV in the bedrooms. It is equipped with a dining hall with fireplace where you can enjoy your breakfast and a wood-oven outside.

The geographical position of the Villa “Il Noceto” makes it an optimal place to organize tourist itineraries or job related, the proximity to the comfortable freeway (ss77) allows for an easy connection from the Adriatic Coast to the Sibillini Mountains, crossing artistic cities, lakes, ancient Abbeys, Sanctuaries and impressive locations. The guests will find informative brochures for cultural and eno-gastronomic itineraries and will be able to visit the many footwear shops of the area.

Monte San Giusto, and therefore the Villa Il Noceto, are at the centre of one of the most famous shoe areas of Italy. Almost one third of the national production of quality footwear comes from this area. When you come to this district, you will find the small craftsman with hand made production but also the big companies with famous and international trademarks and therefore the choice varies from the shoe for children to the one for adults, men and women. You will also find articles of small leather goods, handbags, belts also with the possibility of personalization.
All of this in the companies outlets, a true point of references for quality purchases, where in addition to new collections, you can find samples, end series and products of past products, with very interesting discounts. Also the outlets have their own sales after Epiphany, the 6th of January, in winter and about the middle of July for the summer.
