A few kilometers from Arezzo, surrounded by the Tuscan hills, you can find the old Farmhouse La Striscia. The owner has renovated and remodeled an old granary dated 1500, then, restructured in the 1700,  in order to adapt it to more modern structure for a pleasant living.
 The blue print is still of a Farmhouse surrounded by  the green hills of Arezzo and surrounded by  vineyards that produce a Tuscan Igt, red Occhini and a Docg, the label of Bernardino. Five years ago the owner has restored the inside, but remaining faithful to the authenticity of the place. The main classic definition, is enhanced by the Impero style furniture brought here from the old family house
The Italian style Liberty garden is dominated by a fountain and there is a corner for relaxing in the sun.
The furnishing is in great part made in handicraft, in the philosophy of recycling, and the pegs of have become the base of a night stand; from a barrel with an addition of a marble slab, was born a piece of furniture for the bedroom. Doors or gates have become wooden tables or iron sliding doors.
The use of color in the lighter tones of the walls like white or pastel green of the bedrooms, is slightly stronger  and decisive only in the curtains, in the lively tones of red in the bathroom, or in the living room. 
So she has obtained, from the buildings surrounding the main house,  5 receptive structures, furnished with superb taste, a huge swimming pool with chaise longues on the lawn, gazebos and couches, a restaurant to offers a complete menu 3 times a week, and a daily simple menu with different prices, cooking school of the typical plates, and a buffet at the swimming pool.
The garden furniture is made of cast iron and wickers.
The guest can participate to the grape harvest,
Upon request there are suggestions for tourist sights.
Upon arrival there will be a “Welcome Buffet” with strudel and vegetables, wine, Tuscan crostini and fried plates.
The apartments allow up to 14 people,  two of the apartments have air conditioning.
