Terminology
Stamps of herbs: They are little cloth bags with herbs inside. The massage is done by pressing and rolling these bags against the skin.
Chakras: Chakra is a Sanskrit word meaning wheel or vortex and refers to the seven energy centers that make up our consciousness and our nervous system. (Although they really are 12, but the last 5 are above the seventh chakra, and connect us with our surroundings).
These chakras or energy centers, function as pumps or valves, regulating the flow of energy (prana) through our energy system. The functioning of the chakras reflects decisions we make in responding to the circumstances of our lives. We pen and close these valves when we decide what to think and to feel, and when we choose the perceptual filter through which we experience the world around us.
Aura: The Aura is an invisible field of luminous multicolored radiation (energy) around people or natural objects like a cocoon or halo. The aura is a representation or composition of soul vibrations or chakras and it is attributed the condition to reflect the moods or thoughts of the person, of their true inner state.
The Aura is divided into seven strata or layers directly related to the seven chakras. Each of these layers can be one of eleven colors of the aura. The color to repeats most, is considered the "basic color" of the person standing over life and capable of mutating only in very specific circumstances. Each basic color is associated with positive and negative qualities. The other colors present in the aura, are associated with momentary inner states of the person, or a particular stage of life.
As of today you can check the status of the aura by highly sensitive equipment to energy fields. For example with a "Kirlian camera" it's possible to take pictures of the Aura, but it is also possible to see it with the naked eye, although it requires some practice.
